Do I need a separate UCP account?
No. The UCP is designed to use the existing Arkham username and password from the game account rather than creating a separate password.
Where can I see my player information?
Use My Account after signing in. The dashboard reads persistent Arkham account data such as score, Gold, cash, play time and character appearance.
How do website package purchases reach the game?
The website creates a store order and a server-side fulfillment request. The Pawn gamemode processes that request, applies the package or Gold change, saves the account and records completion.
Can I use my existing Gold to buy packages?
Yes. Supported packages can be purchased from your existing in-game Gold balance. The server validates the live Gold balance before deducting it.
What happens after a gateway payment succeeds?
The order remains protected from the normal unpaid timeout and waits for the game-side delivery bridge to finish. After successful game processing, My Orders records it as completed.
What happens if I leave the Mellat gateway or it returns an error?
A gateway problem should not be treated the same as an unpaid order. The order can be kept recoverable or classified as unsuccessful according to the gateway result, and My Orders provides the relevant status.
When will I see a purchase-completion message in-game?
For an already-online player, the server can announce successful delivery immediately. For players entering the server, the notification is shown after the login/spawn music-selection stage.
Does the UCP directly edit game data?
The current account dashboard is read-only. Store fulfillment is the intentional exception: purchases create a controlled server request that the Pawn gamemode validates and applies.
